Background and Profile

The Royal Northwoods of Golf Club, Inc. was originally named as The Royal Northwoods Golf and Country Club, Inc. It was incorporated on November 12, 1996 with SEC Reg. Number A1996-09230. On December 6, 1996, the Board of Directors decided to split the club into two (2) and submit the same to SEC, thus Royal Northwoods Golf Club, Inc. and The Royal Northwoods Country Club, Inc. (now El Masfino Country Club, Inc.).

The Royal Northwoods Golf Club, Inc. is a stock, non-profit proprietary golf membership club for the sole benefit of its members/shareholders. It was incorporated to promote the social, recreational, educational and athletic activities among its stockholders.

The main objective and undertaking of which is the construction, development and maintenance of an 18-hole golf course, located at Brgy. Coral na Bato, San Rafael, Bulacan. It is a 60-hectare world class 18-hole golf course designed by the world renowned golf course designer, Graham Marsh.

Challenging, yet playable, The Royal Northwoods golf course blends classic traditions and contemporary technology to further enhance the terrain’s natural beauty. Meticulous attention is given to preserving the environment. Amenities and clubhouse features highlight other sport activities and fun-filled recreation for the members and the whole family.
